Jr. Eagles Youth Football- Who, What, and Why
Organizational Culture within the Christian Jr. Eagles Program Values: Responsibility: This value is acted out by kids being held accountable for things such as, having their equipment, doing their job on the field, keeping their grades up, and being respectful at home. Failing to do so can result in loss of playing time or extra conditioning. This value is lived out and seen as a norm to those who have been with the organization for multiple years, therefore setting the standard for those who join. Respect: The organization prides itself on forming respectful young men who will one day contribute to society. Coaches utilize a "yes sir" "yes ma'am." policy, as well as helping others. ex: holding doors open, proper eye contact, etc. The organization does its best to live this value out in order to set the standard for newcomers and those who visit for our field for games.
