Jordan Cochrum Blog Post 4:  PEER AND CO-WORKER RELATIONSHIPS: While working with Living Word Christian, I would say that I have numerous special peer relationships with my co-workers. Mainly because they are family, and also because we have all worked together toward a common goal. So you could say we are used to each other on all levels. For this blog I will be using an example of a collegial peer. Last year, I met a friend of mind named Luke. We sat right by each other in class, and our friendship was formed only because we had to be at class and we happened to sit by each other. Our friendship began as just talking about the professor, where we were from, and what career paths we were planning on taking. As the year went on, our friendship began to evolve in 4 ways. 1.
